My name is Michael Doris and I'm the director of Synthesys. I've been working in IT for over 25 years.

I've been there and got the t-shirt!

Those lesson's learned have helped shape me as a person and how I think about work. Some cliche's are true and most of us spend more time working than we do with our friends and our families, so it's important to enjoy this time, as much as possible. By working together, by collaborating, building empathy and understanding each other more we can create amazing things.
